At Bakkali, we strive to deliver all items exactly as ordered. However, due to the nature of grocery availability, some products may occasionally be out of stock at the time of packing.

• If you agreed to substitutions at checkout:

  We will do our best to provide a suitable alternative of similar type, quality, and value.

• If you did not agree to substitutions:

  We will not replace any unavailable items and will issue a full refund for those products.
